David Leith

Chair of the Board of Directors of Manitoba Telecom Services Inc./MTS Allstream Inc.

David Leith serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Manitoba Telecom Services Inc./MTS Allstream Inc. and is a Director of Hudson’s Bay Company, Yellow Media Limited and the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation. David spent over 25 years with CIBC World Markets based in Toronto and London, England, and has extensive experience in debt and equity markets, government finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Until 2009, he was Deputy Chairman and Managing Director and head of CIBC World Markets’ Investment, Corporate and Merchant Banking activities.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts from Cambridge University. He has been a Director of Bridgepoint Foundation Board since 2011, and was appointed Chair in September 2013.
