Be Breast Healthy is a web-based learning program for women, developed by the breast cancer experts at the Marvelle Koffler Breast Centre at Mount Sinai Hospital, a University of Toronto teaching hospital, part of Sinai Health.

Understanding overall breast health and your risks

Each tool take 15-20 minutes to complete. You will take a short quiz to assess your level of knowledge. At the end, you will be given the same quiz to see what you have learned, and you will also be shown the correct answers with an explanation.

Personalized recommendations and Privacy

There are questions inserted in this tool which ask about your eating habits and activity level so that personalized recommendations can be given to you. Your account will be protected by a password and will not be shared with anyone and complies with Sinai Health privacy policies and provincial regulations, including PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act). We will collect anonymized data about participants’ responses to questions for the purpose of assessing learning, interest in the website, and areas of improvement.
