A little over a year ago, fresh on the heels of Sinai Health System’s Exemplary designation from Accreditation Canada, Circle of Care began preparation for its own October 2018 survey. What followed was months of focused review and self-evaluation highlighting what was working well, and opportunities for improvement. On Wednesday, October 24, after a two-day visit that included site visits and conversations with employees across all levels of the organization, as well as clients and family members, Accreditation Canada surveyor Judy Heffern praised Circle of Care for its commitment to excellence.
