Healthy Workplace Month – Lunch & Learn: Gentle Yoga with Guided Meditation (MSH)

Join us on World Mental Health Day as we host a workshop to support your physical and mental well-being! The session will begin with learning/ practicing the benefits of gentle yoga and end off using mindfulness meditation practices. Hosted by our very own Sinai Employee Patricia Lupton, enjoy while you take a break to relax/recharge!

What is Gentle Yoga?
Gentle Yoga is a more relaxed and slower paced than the all levels flow class that is accessible for beginners.
This class gets your body moving but without too many sustained strenuous postures.

- Build strength and tone
