The Sinai Healthy Workplace Program in collaboration with the Rehab & Wellbeing Centre are hosting a workshop to provide you with fitness tips & tricks that can easily be incorporated into your daily routine!
You will learn the following:
• Identify 10 exercises to do each day
• Recognize how small changes to daily habits can impact your health and wellbeing
• Incorporate changes gradually and build them into your routine
