Mindfulness 101 Session (MSH)

An introduction to a mindfulness-based course features a gentle, emotionally-friendly and psychologically-minded form of mindfulness called Re-collective Awareness Meditation. This approach encourages openness towards, and reflection on our patterns of thought and feeling. This healthy workplace program is designed to help you enjoy life more and express emotion in a healthier way. All are welcome, feel free to drop by!
