Healthy Workplace offers a Staff Mindfulness Retreat
Are you ready to do some intensive work in order to befriend yourself at a deeper level?
This innovative one day mindfulness-based course features a gentle, emotionally-friendly and psychologically-minded form of mindfulness called Re-collective Awareness Meditation. This approach encourages openness towards, and reflection on our patterns of thought and feeling. This healthy workplace program is designed to help you enjoy life more and express emotion in a healthier way.
There are limited spots and it is available to all staff, physicians, learners, scientists & volunteers at no cost and will be held onsite.
