Strategic Plan

When Sinai Health System was first formed in 2015, we set out a high-level strategy to guide us in realizing our vision of being Canada’s leading integrated health system. Now we are inviting our community to help us build on this solid foundation as we explore how to realize the promise of Sinai Health System. We know that we have the building blocks to make a profound and unprecedented impact on the community in the next five years. Now, we get to imagine how.

In May, we launched broad engagement to start the conversation. Over the course of six weeks through focus groups, interviews and social media and we heard from over 1,200 members of our community.

Ways to have your say

We’re holding “strategy hives” in September and October. Each of hive will explore a big strategic question that emerged from our stakeholder engagement. This is an interactive, creative process with a mixed group of people from inside and outside Sinai Health who have expertise in and care about the topic.
