Over the past year, Circle of Care has been gearing up for its October 22-24 visit from Accreditation Canada. While preparation is an essential part of any successful survey, injecting a dose of a fun (and a few prizes!) into the review process has been a winning combination. Recently, employees teamed up for a gameshow-style event to answer questions they might be asked by surveyors, including examples of how incorporating the client and family voice has led to better care, priority processes, and proactive measures that ensure safe, quality care for all clients. In 2014, Circle of Care received Exemplary Standing from Accreditation Canada.
